Deutz, an internal combustion engine manufacturer, agreed to acquire off-highway engines business from Rolls-Royce Power Systems, engines and propulsion equipment designer and manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With the takeover of the sales and service operations from Rolls-Royce Power Systems, we are taking the next major step towards growth in our business with modern internal combustion engines.
