Friedrich Graepel, a provider of bespoke components and innovative metal products, completed the acquisition of SOLVARO, a manufacturer of customer-specific perforated sheet components for agricultural machinery, trucks, IT servers, and various other applications, from varomexx Beteiligungen. Financial terms were not disclosed "The transaction of Solvaro was part of a strategic development.
