Friedrich Graepel completed the acquisition of SOLVARO from varomexx Beteiligungen.

Friedrich Graepel, a provider of bespoke components and innovative metal products, completed the acquisition of SOLVARO, a manufacturer of customer-specific perforated sheet components for agricultural machinery, trucks, IT servers and various other applications, from varomexx Beteiligungen. Financial terms were not disclosed.
