Delos Capital-backed LSI completed the acquisition of Craft Pattern and Mold.

Delos Capital-backed LSI, a supplier of complex aluminum castings, machined castings, and plastic injection molded components, completed the acquisition of Craft Pattern and Mold, a rapid prototyping and complex metal and plastics component manufacturer. Silverfern provided an equity investment in support of the transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome the Craft team as a critical step in our company's development.
