SSP Group completed the acquisition of ECG Ventures.

SSP Group, an operator of travel food and beverage outlets, completed the acquisition of ECG Ventures, a company that specializes in airport food & beverage concessions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Both the acquisition of ECG in Canada and the significant contract win at Jeddah are excellent examples of our business development strategy in action.
