Lippert Components and Imker-backed Euramax for Mobility to form a joint venture.

Lippert Components, a supplier of components to the recreational vehicle and residential housing industries, and Imker-backed Euramax for Mobility, a supplier of aluminium products for recreational vehicles, agreed to form a joint venture. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As Europe’s largest supplier, providing over 35 million pounds of painted aluminum to the recreational and transportation OEM markets, we are committed to supporting Amerimax for Mobility with product innovation, while building close relationships with new and existing customers in North America.” Kruijt continued, “Having more than 50 years of manufacturing experience and an annual metal processing capability exceeding 35 million pounds, we are poised to build lasting relationships with customers, suppliers, and our own team members for many years to come,” Harmen Kruijt, Euramax for Mobility CEO.
