Serco completed the acquisition of European Homecare from Korte-Stiftung for €40m.

Serco, a provider of government services, completed the acquisition of European Homecare, a company specializing in social services, from Korte-Stiftung, a non-profit foundation, for €40 million. “This strategic acquisition will complement our ORS operations and strengthen our position as a leading partner in immigration services for European governments,” Mark Irwin, Serco Group CEO.
