VTC completed the acquisition of P&R Truck Centre.

Velocity Truck Centers, a selection of commercial truck dealerships, completed the acquisition of P&R Truck Centre, a full service truck dealer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very excited to welcome the P & R team to what is the most comprehensive commercial vehicle sales, service and support network in North America. It has been a pleasure to work with P & R’s President, Dave Polack through this process and we are thrilled that he will continue to lead the team on Vancouver Island as we go forward. The continuity of the P & R leadership team will enable us to achieve the best of both worlds – a locally led team with total focus on the Vancouver Island market, supported by the resources, processes and functional teams of the Velocity organization.
