CONVOTIS Group completed the acquisition of Calligo.

CONVOTIS Group, a specialist in business solutions, managed IT services, cloud solutions and digital platforms, completed the acquisition of Calligo, data transformation company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Calligo has maintained its presence in Luxembourg since 2017, providing its CloudCore platform and managed IT services to both regulated and non-regulated businesses in Luxembourg.
