Coterie Holdings completed the acquisition of Hallgarten & Novum Wines.

Coterie Holdings, a holding company for a number of wine interests, comprising of merchants, bonded warehousing and wine lending, completed the acquisition of Hallgarten & Novum Wines, a UK-based wine merchant. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to be joining the Coterie business. Hallgarten is a natural fit in the portfolio of premium wine businesses which offer obvious benefits and natural synergies to ensure our continued growth and success.
