mPulse Mobile, a developer of conversational AI solutions for the healthcare industry, completed the acquisition of HealthTrio, a provider of Software-as-a-Service for the healthcare market, and Decision Point Healthcare Solutions, an analytics and member experience optimization company that leverages data-driven insights to improve healthcare outcomes. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The combination of Decision Point with mPulse and HealthTrio will unlock quality and cost opportunities for our clients and partners," Saeed Aminzadeh, Decision Point CEO.
