Tek Travels completed the acquisition of Jumbonline Accommodations & Services business from Jumbo Tours Group.

Tek Travels, a provider of competitive solutions for travel agencies, completed the acquisition of Jumbonline Accommodations & Services business from Jumbo Tours Group, a provider of services and products for tour operators and travel agencies worldwide. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition will give us not only access to Jumbo’s clientele but quality content from across prime destinations in Europe right down to the Caribbean.
