Deutsche Invest Mittelstand, a German investment company specializing in the financing of medium-sized companies, completed the acquisition of The Wire Products & Solutions Business Group from Leoni, a global supplier of products, solutions and services for energy and data management in the automotive industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.
