Fogale Sensors completed the acquisition of Texys Group.

Fogale Sensors, a sensing solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Texys Group, a company specialising in high-precision sensors. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The collaboration with Texys quickly became an obvious choice for our teams.
