Equitix-backed Freedom Fibre completed the merger with InfraBridge-backed VX UK.

Equitix-backed Freedom Fibre, an internet service provider, completed the merger with InfraBridge-backed VX UK, an alternative local fibre provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The combination of VX UK and Freedom Fibre, with the backing of our shareholders, brings together two of the UK’s leading altnets into a new, stronger company.
