Trive Capital-backed Venturi Supply, an independent value-added distributor of pipe, completed the acquisition of Tri Star, a distributor of industrial pipe, valves, and fittings serving, Industrial from Mill Hill, an investment advisor, and AFM Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
