Ecosystem Integrity Fund, an early growth stage investor firm, led $19.5m Series A funding round in Ampersand, a workforce development training platform. Ampersand’s motorcycles have covered a collective 180m kilometers, reducing carbon emissions by 8k tons. The company currently serves 1.7k riders and facilitates 140k monthly battery swaps in Kigali and Nairobi.
