SignUp Software completed the acquisition of Axtension from Fellowmind.

SignUp Software, a financial processing solutions provider, completed the acquisition of Axtension, a software company in Venlo, Netherlands, from Fellowmind, a Microsoft partner. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal adds a range of solutions to SignUp’s portfolio including AP automation, project and shipment orchestration, project management, document management, and production planning.
