Valmet, a developer and supplier of process technologies, automation and services for the pulp, paper and energy industries, completed the acquisition of Demuth, a provider of wood handling technology and services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition was completed as planned after the approval of the competition authorities' review.
