Alto Partners, an international alliance of retained executive search and leadership consulting firms, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Dierre Group, an Italian designer and manufacturer of technologically advanced machine guarding and safety systems as well as soundproofing solutions for the industrial automation sector, from NB Aurora, a long term Luxembourg investment company, for €108.5m. “We are opening a new, very complex and highly transformative industrial project for Dierre, continuing with determination in the pursuit of increasingly ambitious objectives.
