De' Longhi completed the acquisition of La Marzocco and Eversys for $1.4bn.

De' Longhi, an Italian company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, completed the acquisition of La Marzocco, a Seattle-based espresso and high-end coffee machine maker, and Eversys, a Swiss company active in the production and distribution of coffee machines, for $1.4bn.
