USTC-backed Unit IT, an IT services company, agreed to acquire the outsourcing division of GlobalConnect, a provider of fibre-optic broadband and IT sourcing. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition is a significant step in our strategy to transform and strengthen Unit IT and brings us to a whole new league.
