Wachstumsfonds Mittelstand Sachsen completed the acquisition of Goldeck Süßwaren from VR Equitypartner.

Wachstumsfonds Mittelstand Sachsen, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Goldeck Süßwaren, a long-established manufacturer of chocolate specialities, from VR Equitypartner, a private equity company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The goal of the WMS is to support successful Saxon medium-sized companies in their continued growth. Goldeck is an excellent fit for this.
