C.C.A.G. Crotti to acquire Gutmann Group.

C.C.A.G. Crotti, a provider of tool for manufacturing, agreed to acquire Gutmann Group, a manufacturer of aluminium products. Financial terms were not disclosed. The operating companies of the Gutmann Group in Germany and Slovakia are specialized in the manufacture and sale of brushes and plastic parts of all kinds and thus complement the activities of Crotti in the international sector.
