Aliter Capital-backed Edwin James Group completed the acquisition of Automated Control Solutions.

Aliter Capital-backed Edwin James Group, a multi-disciplinary engineering services provider, completed the acquisition of Automated Control Solutions, an industrial electrical and mechanical contractor provides automation solutions.
