PureLabs completed the acquisition of L.A.M.

PureLabs, an aggregation hub for diagnostic centers, completed the acquisition of L.A.M., a medical analysis laboratory. Financial terms were not disclosed. "After acquiring a majority stake in VivoLabs last July, we are excited to see our vision take shape with the acquisition of a majority stake in L.A.M.. This new integration consolidates our mission to expand and strengthen our presence in the diagnostics sector, laying the foundation to offer superior, personalised services to our patients," Lorenza Castelli, PureLabs Investment Manager.
