Bruker to acquire Phasefocus.

Bruker, an international life science research and diagnostics solutions provider, agreed to acquire Phasefocus, a privately held company that has expertise in imaging and image processing algorithms. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very pleased to join Bruker.
