SD Worx-backed Protime completed the acquisition of SoftMachine

SD Worx-backed Protime, a company specializing in time registration, access control and workforce planning, completed the acquisition of SoftMachine, a workforce management solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "At Protime, we’re growing fast thanks to our targeted response to the shift to a more flexible labour market and the internationalisation of our customers.
