Biesse, a Marche-based multinational specialising in technology for processing wood, glass, stone, plastic and metal, completed the acquisition of GMM Group, a provider of machine tools for processing stone, glass and other materials, from Consilium, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.
