Applus+ completed the acquisition of Barlovento Recursos Naturales.

Applus+, a testing laboratories company, completed the acquisition of Barlovento Recursos Naturales, an engineering consultant. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Barlovento fits perfectly into our strategic plan, expanding our services in renewable energies. Combining the equipment, knowledge, proprietary solutions and customer relationships of Barlovento with those of Applus+ allows us to offer a complete portfolio of services for solar, wind and energy storage projects, and to have the necessary specialization to contribute to the rapid growth of this industry," Javier Lopéz Serrano, Applus+ Executive Vice President of the Energy & Industry Division.
