Bloomerang completed the acquisition of Qgiv from Sphere.

Bloomerang, the complete nonprofit donor and volunteer relationship management platform, completed the acquisition of Qgiv, a nonprofit fundraising technology platform, from Sphere, a financial technology company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Sphere's innovative healthcare technology solutions are transforming the patient financial experience and workflow.
