RAICONT Liehmann Holding, a company created for the purpouse of acquisition and management of investments, completed the acquisition of MAI International, a provider of industrial products in the fields of 3D-concrete printing, foam mortar production, mixing, grouting and conveying technology. Financial terms were not disclosed.
