Odyssey Investment Partners-backed Applied Technical Services, a consulting company providing inspection, testing, consulting engineering, and calibration services, completed the acquisition of ARCCA, an engineering consulting firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The ARCCA team comprised of highly skilled experts serving several technical disciplines, such as biomechanics, accident reconstruction, crashworthiness, failure analysis, human factors, premises liability, and fire and explosion align well with ATS’s mission to deliver assurance through precise technical and professional services.
