Xperience, a company that business specializes in efficiency through digital transformation, completed the acquisition of GCC Group, a business applications solutions and managed IT services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Xperience is a rapidly growing business with a strong management team, financial track record and a successful history of acquiring high performing businesses. The acquisition of GCC is strategically important as it continues to build out our Business Application capabilities, enhancing our client proposition and broadening our footprint in the UK,” Iain O’Kane, Xperience CEO.
