GHO Capital Partners-backed Velocity Clinical Research, an integrated site organization for clinical trials, completed the acquisition of The Pulmonary Research Institute at the LungenClinic Grosshansdorf, a company that conducts clinical trials across a broad variety of indications and specializes in pulmonary diseases, and KLB Gesundheitsforschung Lübeck, a company conducting clinical studies for respiratory diseases. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are undergoing a structural change in our working world.
