Baird Capital-backed Cleanwater1, a provider of water quality and wastewater treatment products and solutions, completed the acquisition of Velocity Dynamics, a provider of branded, proprietary dry and liquid feed systems for the optimization of chemistry in water and wastewater utilities and industrial plants. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The cost of chemistry for our customers has increased dramatically in recent years.
