Carlyle-backed Acentra Health completed the acquisition of Espyr.

Carlyle-backed Acentra Health, a provider of clinical services and technology solutions to government healthcare agencies, completed the acquisition of Espyr, a mental healthcare solutions provider. Financial terms were not disclosed.
