Equistone-backed BUKO to acquire Road Traffic Solutions.

Equistone-backed BUKO, a provider of providers of outsourced traffic and safety management solutions, agreed to acquire Road Traffic Solutions, a UK-based specialist in temporary traffic and event management solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Road Traffic Solutions stands out due to its exceptional standards for service, reliability and safety, values which align with our own high standards. There are a lot of best practices to be shared between each other.
