Infranode completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Thorsø Biogas and Foersom Bioenergi from Renegas.

Infranode, a long-term infrastructure investor, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Thorsø Biogas and Foersom Bioenergi, two biogas plants, which at the time of the transaction collectively produce about 160 GWh on an annual basis, from Renegas, a Danish biogas company. Financial terms were not disclosed. With Infranode’s investment, the capacity of the facilities is planned to double by the end of 2026, which has been the main motivational factor in the partnership between Renegas and Infranode.
