Walter Surface Technologies completed the acquisition of Greenfield Industries.

Walter Surface Technologies, a company providing high-productivity abrasives, power tools, tooling, chemical solutions and environmental solutions for the metal working industry, completed the acquisition of Greenfield Industries, a USA-based manufacturer of branded and private label cutting tools.
