Horizon Capital-backed Dains Accountants, a business advisory firm, completed the acquisition of Magma Chartered Accountants and McInerney Saunders Chartered Accountants, a chartered accountants, chartered tax advisers and financial advisers, providing services to owner-managed businesses. Financial terms were not disclosed.
