Varsity Healthcare Partners-backed United Aesthetics Alliance, a company specializing in cosmetic plastic surgery and non-invasive aesthetic services, completed the acquisition The Bengtson Center for Aesthetics & Plastic Surgery, a Michigan-based plastic surgery and medical aesthetics practice. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The surgeons and leadership at BCAPS are extremely excited to build a national platform of the top aesthetic practices, which are together developing best practices, in partnership with UAA.
