Pacolet Milliken completed the acquisition of Piedmont Green Power from Atlantic Power.

Pacolet Milliken, a sustainability-focused, family-owned investment firm, completed the acquisition of Piedmont Green Power, a 55 MW biomass-fired power plant, from Atlantic Power, a power generation and infrastructure company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This transaction represents a major milestone in continuing the growth and diversification of Pacolet's Power & Infrastructure portfolio and meets both our financial and ESG goals.
