Ferguson to acquire Yorkwest Plumbing Supply, Grove Supply and Harway Appliances for $220m.

Ferguson, a distributor of plumbing supplies, PVF, waterworks and fire and fabrication products, agreed to acquire Yorkwest Plumbing Supply, a distributor of plumbing, municipal, hydronics, institutional, HVAC and industrial products, Grove Supply, a plumbing and HVAC distributor, and Harway Appliances, a distributor of kitchen appliances, for $220m. “As we acquire new businesses, we place tremendous value on the expertise of the talented associates and the customer relationships they bring to the business.
