Kafrit Group, an Israel-based materials firm, completed the acquisition of ABSA Resin Technologies, a plastics compounder that designs custom plastic compound formulations for customers in Canada and the USA. Financial terms were not disclosed. “ABSA excels in delivering high-quality products, small to medium tailor-made production batches, and remarkably short delivery times. This acquisition marks our entry into a new field of activity and completes our portfolio, enhancing the solutions we offer to the industry,” Kafrit Group.
