Intermediate Capital Group-backed Ambient Enterprises, a provider of custom HVAC solutions in the Eastern United States, completed the merger with DMG and Johnson Barrow, companies that provide design and engineering services for commercial HVAC solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
