Sage Group completed the acquisition of Bridgetown Software.

Sage Group, a company specializing in business management and construction software, completed the acquisition of Bridgetown Software, a company focused on cloud-native bid analysis and pre-construction estimating solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Sage is the ideal home for BidMatrix and by joining forces we can accelerate our combined vision to build out richer capabilities on BidMatrix’s powerful cloud platform, immediately complementing and evolving Sage’s current estimating solution with tools that increase productivity, improve bid to awarded project ratios, and maximise growth and profitability,” Steve Watt, Bridgetown Software President & CEO.
