Prevost Laboratory Concept, a manufacturer that distributes cosmetics, liquid food supplements, body care, and hair care products, agreed to acquire Creapharm Cosmetics, a partner of cosmetics manufacturers in the formulation, development, manufacture and packaging of cosmetic products. Financial terms were not disclosed.
