Eram Group completed the acquisition of a 10% stake in Columbus Cafe and Krispy Kreme from Wagram Food Service.

Eram Group, a fashion group, completed the acquisition of a 10% stake in Columbus Cafe, a coffee shop chain, and Krispy Kreme, a multinational doughnut company and coffeehouse chain, from Wagram Food Service, an operator of restaurant chains and food franchises. Financial terms were not disclosed.
