Nextiim completed the acquisition of Acs2i Services.

Nextiim, a building management systems company, completed the acquisition of Acs2i Services, a provider of outsourcing, project management, deployment, and infrastructure services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of ACS 2i is beneficial for the customers of both our companies. Thus, ACS 2i's current customers will be able to benefit from our Sextant platform.
