DexKo Global to acquire Cerka Industries.

DexKo Global, a designer and manufacturer of trailer axles, brakes and related components, agreed to acquire Cerka Industries, a manufacturer of trailer axles and distributor of trailer components. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are energized by the growth opportunity that comes with the addition of Cerka.
